The idea of “Il Ristoro” (the restaurant) has come from the need to emphasize the quality of our products and it is strongly inspired by the concept of the short supply chain. Chianina cows graze quite close, the dairy is next door and flour comes from our fields for our tortelli. On the table you can find what we produce here around.
